New Jersey Countdown to a Cure
NephCure is thrilled to bring our premier fundraising event to New Jersey for the first time! Join us for a fabulous dinner, a thrilling live auction, and an opportunity to network with New Jersey's leading professionals. Our goal is to raise urgent funds to support the search to find a cure for FSGS and other causes of Nephrotic Syndrome.
Rocco Murdocca Sr. has met hundreds of people throughout the years; however, he never knew how passionate his network was until word began to spread about his son's FSGS diagnosis. Founder of PLUMBING NYC, Rocco Sr. realized that in combining his professional network with his network at NephCure, great strides towards awareness and change in rare kidney diseases could be made.
Throughout the research advancements NephCure has funded, which have led to groundbreaking clinical trials and new potential treatments, Rocco Sr. has a renewed hope that his son and all those struggling with Nephrotic Syndrome, FSGS, and other rare kidney diseases are moving towards a cure. He is constantly reading about the latest discoveries, gathering information and questions firsthand to present to doctors.
After Rocco Sr. selflessly donates his kidney to his son, he will be the honoree at New Jersey's first Countdown to a Cure surrounded by passionate individuals who are also helping to make a change, raise awareness, and fund a cure for kidney disease. NephCure Kidney International is proud to honor Rocco Murdocca Sr. at the inaugural New Jersey Countdown to a Cure this fall .
